1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 1fachai ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). • You must not be an employee, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 1fachai or its associated companies.

1fachai reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Accounts found to be operated by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one account on1fachai. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 1fachai will close the additional accounts and may void any associated winings. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep this information up to date throughout your time with1fachai. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1fachai login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone else. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 1fachai support immediately at support@1fachai.best. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

1fachai is required under applicable regulations to verify the identity of players ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). You may be asked to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and of payment method at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

1fachai accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).1fachai does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits made to1fachai must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not belonging to you, it will be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 1fachai are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are processed the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled. 1fachai reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security and verification purposes.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 1fachai are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). If you make a payment in a different currency, your payment provider will handle the conversion and may apply a conversion fee.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by1fachai are subject to these general terms plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.1fachai reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 1fachai account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must wager a total of ₱15,000 before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute at reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Sports bets and bingo tickets generally contribute at 100%. Always check the specific promotion page on 1fachai for the applicable contribution rates.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1fachai actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing bets that exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where abuse is detected, 1fachai reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your1fachai account at a time. Activating a new bonus while a previous one is still in progress may result in the cancellation of the original bonus.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on 1fachai are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying all details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any bet. 1fachai will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets unless a clear error on the part of 1fachai is identified.

6.2 Obvious Errors

If odds, lines, or game outcomes on 1fachai are published due to a manifest error (a clear and unambiguous mistake such as a decimal error in odds), 1fachai reserves the right to void bets placed at those eroneous odds and either refund the stake or re-settle at the correct odds, at1fachai's discretion.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or any other game on 1fachai, the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded. 1fachai is not liable for losses resulting from player equipment failure, internet disconnection, or software issues on the player's end.

6.4 Sports Event Cancellations

If a sports event is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time, bets on 1fachai will stand. If the event is postponed beyond 72 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For specific sports, additional rules may apply as detailed in the 1fachai sportsbook rules section.

6.5 Maximum Win Limits

1fachai applies maximum win limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by game type and are displayed in the relevant game information panel. Wins that exceed the applicable maximum will be paid up to the limit, with the remainder voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1fachai and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 1fachai games or the betting platform
• Coluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploits must be reported to 1fachai immediately
• Using chargebacks or reversing payments to fraudulently recover deposited funds that have been wagered
• Engaging in money laundering or using1fachai for any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access another player's account, or soliciting another player's login credentials
• Creating accounts using false or stolen identity documents
• Any conduct that 1fachai reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 By 1fachai

1fachai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, failed to complete KYC verification, or for any other legitimate business or regulatory reason.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned.

8.2 By You

You may close your 1fachai account at any time by contacting support at support. Before closing, any remaining balance and pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. If an active bonus is in place at the time of closure, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited unless the wagering requirement has been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

1fachai is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

Players who self-exclude from 1fachai will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. During this time, you will not receive promotional communications from 1fachai. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening new accounts will be treated as a Terms violation.

Your use of the 1fachai platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1fachai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

1fachai does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. We are not liable for losses arising from system downtime, game malfunctions outside our control, or internet connectivity issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits1fachai's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 1fachai that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies.

1fachai operates under a valid gaming licence. If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as specified in your account documentation.

14 Changes to Terms

1fachai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the 1fachai platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect.
